Woke up with severe elbow pain. Pain with typing, pain with lifting a coffee mug. Persevered and got the gym clean and set up for the jazz concert for tomorrow. High doses of alcohol seems to mediate the pain. My parents are moving out of the home they have inhabited for 40 years tomorrow. This is causing an emotinal reaction I did not expect. Sob.
